Mardhiyyah Hotel & Suites will be serving Merdeka Hi-Tea appetizers such as Roasted Chicken Salad with Pineapple Salsa, Baked Egg Mousse with Chili Mayonaise, Crabmeat and Mango Salsa, Tauhu Sumbat Kuah Kacang and Tomato-Cheese Stacks with Balsamic and Pesto.
In the other corner will be displayed selections of Malay, Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines. Diners can enjoy our hot buffet dishes, Ayam Bakar Madu Sos Chili Bersari, Nasi Minyak, Creamy Buttermilk Squid, Gulai Lemak Daging Bakar Rembau, Grilled Snapper Fillet Arrabiata Sauce, Oven-Baked Prawn with Cheese, Wok Fried Mix Vegetable with Oyster Sauce, Sashimi and Sushi, California Roll, Tempura Mariowase, spaghetti with choice of sauces, Beef and Vegetable Pizza, Assorted Steamed Dim Sum such as Siew Mai, Har Kow, Prawn Leaf Dumpling, Jade Crystal Bun and Golden Silver Fish Roll.
There are also Bubur Berlauk, Sup Singgang Daging, Mee Bandung, Aneka Cucur, and ‘Portugese’ Style Baked Fish with its own jus.
